Homemade Chocolates

I Found How To make Homemade Chocolates On A U tube Video
She Made It Like This.
6 Tbsp coconut oil
8 Tbsp unrefined sugar (or 6 Tbsp if using carob powder)
4 Tbsp cocoa powder (or 6 Tbsp carob powder)

I made It My Own Way Like This

8 Tbsp Of Coconut Oil
5 Teaspoons Of Stevia
5 Teaspoons Of Coco

And Here It is

Homemade Chocolate Recipe Directions

Melt the coconut oil in a pot on low heat. Stir in the sugar and cocoa/carob powder until it's smooth. If you're using a flavoring, like hot peppers or orange zest, stir that in as well.
Line a pan with parchment paper, and pour in the liquid chocolate. If you're using toppings, sprinkle them on top.
Put the pan in the fridge to set, which takes 20-30 minutes depending on the temperature in your fridge. I hope you have fun with this homemade chocolate recipe, the latest of my healthy vegan recipes.

Thick Potato Onion Soup

I Never Tried This Before, It Came Out Great

I Cooked 2 Potatoes
Then Blended With 1 Chopped Up Onion
Mixed With Paprika,Salt,Garlic Powder
Flax Seed,And Nutritional Yest,And 1 Tea Spoon
Of Grapeseed Oil

And Then On Top I Added Some Mashed Tomatoes With Broccoli And Carrot Stick And A Sprinkle Of Nutritional Yest.

Dealing With Food Poisoning

I Got So Sick The Other Day, I eat Some Chocolate And just 15 min's later I Was So Sick That I Was Throwing Up At Both Ends(If you know what i mean). I Was In The Bathroom for 4 hours dealing with this, it was just offal, the next day i knew i needed soup so i made tomatoes soup

in this soup i put in 2 kinds of Flax's seeds a darker kind and A golden kind
along with Hemp and nutritional yeast and Parsley And I Made It With Can tomatoes
that has no salt

Before I Made The Soup I Needed Something to relax my stomach so i went to a herbal
house, ( Witch I call Vanessa's Because Of The Very Wonderful Person that runs this place), And she recommended The Following tea

You Heat Some Water Then Put in 2 tea spoons of it And mix it a round
I Really Worked My stomach Was So Much Better (Thanks Vanessa)

Quinoa Really Quick

I Was So Hungary That I made A Quick Quinoa Snake

I Cup Of Quinoa
2 Cups Of Water
It Cooks In 15 Min's

While That Was Happening
I Juiced So Organic Tomatoes
To make A Drink And Used What Was left
To Put On To Of The Quinoa,Then I
Chopped Up Some Cucumbers,Celery,Broccoli
On Top I Add So Nutritional Yeast

A Yummy Flavor That Makes This Soup So Great, Its Nutritional Yeast

It Has A Cheese Kind Of Flavor

1 Cup Of Nutritional Yeast
3 Chop carrots
Chopped Broccoli
Half Cup Of Flax Seeds
Half Cup Of  Yellow Spit Peas
Half Cup Of Lentil
1/4 Black Eyed Beans
Chopped Onion
Half Cup Of Hemp
Half Cup Of Parsley Flakes
