Chocolate Chia Coconut Pudding

This is A  healthy Pudding

I Used Raw Cocoa Beans And I Gridded Them
Then I put Chia Seeds in hot Water Stirred Till It got Thick
Then Added The Gridded Cocoa Waited Till It Got Cool The Added
Coconut And I Put In 2 tbsp Of Stevia,Then I Chilled It In The  Fridge.

This Was Very Good

This is What I Love To Eat In The Mornings, I Call It My Morning Mush

I Put In The Following

4 Bananas
1 Apple
1 Pear
Some Chia Seed
2 Tbls Of Flax Seed
2 Tbls Of Parsley
2 Tbls Os Sesame Seeds
2 Ts Of Stevia
2 Ts Of Coconut Sugar

And I Mix It All In My Food Processor.

It's Like A Cold Porridge.

Chia Seed Pudding @ Drink

 Here Is A Chia Seed Pudding I Made, I Used Organic Chia Seed And 2 Organic Bananas And Goji Berries, First I Used A Cup Of Water Then Heated It, Then I Put In 2 Tables Of Chia, Then Put It In The Fridge Over Night , The Chia Seeds Thinkin Then I Added The Bananas And Goji Berries With I Tea Spoon Of Stevia


I Made The Drink With The Seeds And Water The Same Way I Made The Pudding
I Added Organic Orange Juice The Next Day,

Here Is How I Made Home Made Vegan Caramel Sauce Soak 25 dates in Water For 1 Hour, 1 can Of Unsweetened Coconut Milk, put it in a Fry Pan on medium, Then Take The Dates And Squish The In The Fry Pan Till They Brake Up, Keep That Up Till Its Mixed Up With The Coconut Milk, Then Put It On Top Of Some Vegan Ice Cream.
