My Morning Mush

This is What I Love To Eat In The Mornings, I Call It My Morning Mush

I Put In The Following

4 Bananas
1 Apple
1 Pear
Some Chia Seed
2 Tbls Of Flax Seed
2 Tbls Of Parsley
2 Tbls Os Sesame Seeds
2 Ts Of Stevia
2 Ts Of Coconut Sugar

And I Mix It All In My Food Processor.

It's Like A Cold Porridge.
